They were awesome! Dive master and captain were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. They answered all our questions (we were first time Blackwater divers) and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The Dive Master, Noam, was able to give us our space but also be close enough and interact with us enough under the water that we always felt safe. He was able to point out interesting wildlife to all of us. The boat was clean and well stocked. Captain Kyle was confident which made us feel confident. Overall we felt very welcome, and the staff made our first Blackwater dive experience one to remember!
